- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or cd1111 support staff through any communication channel.
cd1111 monitors platform activity continuously using automated fraud detection systems and human review processes. We reserve the right to void any bet, transaction, or game session that we reasonably determine to have been conducted in breach of these Terms, and to take appropriate remedial action without prior notice.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
cd1111 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via local mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt. You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to four hours of approval. USDT withdrawals are processed within one to six hours subject to network conditions. Bank card withdrawals may take one to three business days.
cd1111 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds, that follow an unusual pattern of account activity, or that are associated with accounts that have not yet completed full KYC verification. During such reviews, withdrawal processing may be temporarily paused.
Currency
The primary currency on cd1111 is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All displayed balances, bet amounts, and payout figures are shown in BDT unless you are transacting via USDT, in which case amounts are displayed in the USDT equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. cd1111 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting USDT transactions.

Account Suspension & Closure
cd1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
- Confirmed duplicate account ownership.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- Confirmed underage gambling — the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at cd1111 staff or other platform users.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring cd1111 to restrict account access.
In cases of account suspension pending investigation, any pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation results in permanent closure due to a Terms breach, cd1111 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in accordance with the specific breach category.
In cases where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Terms breach (for example, voluntary closure at the user's request), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the user's verified payment method after standard processing and KYC checks are completed.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request voluntary closure of your cd1111 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, cd1111 will process the request within five business days. Any active bonuses or pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
